Enjoy comforting starters like roast parsnip soup or whipped goats’ cheese with poached pear, followed by hearty mains such as roast Bronze turkey with all the trimmings, mushroom & tarragon pithivier, or pan-roasted salmon. Finish on a sweet note with classic festive favourites, including figgy pudding with orchard brandy sauce or a refreshing mandarin panna cotta.
