Step into the warmth of the flames and experience dining as it was meant to be. Our Fire & Feast Dining experience celebrates bold flavours, open-fire cooking and the theatre of the flame.

The experience will be set around the Courtyard Kitchen and Glass Courtyard. Our chefs cook over live embers using wood-fired grills and ovens, bringing out deep, smoky flavours and beautifully charred finishes. Expect seasonal ingredients, locally sourced produce and dishes designed to be shared, savoured and enjoyed slowly.

It’s relaxed, rustic and full of atmosphere, a social way to dine where fire, food and good company take centre stage. Perfect for those who love honest cooking, great produce and a little drama on the plate.
