Reflecting on a remarkable year of celebrations, growth and unforgettable moments. 2025 has been an incredible year at Chapel House Estate, filled with joyful weddings, special events, delightful stays and lots of cherished memories. As we draw closer to the end of the year, we want to reflect on some of the highlights that made this year truly special for us and for all of the couples, guests and partners who passed through our gates.
This year, we were thrilled to welcome countless couples and guests to our estate, from intimate weddings to grand celebrations, surrounded by the Kent countryside. Whether it was drinks in our new Glass Courtyard, vows in the Wild Apple Orchard, or a reception in the heart of Thorne Barn, every celebration brought its own unique magic and joy.
Each couple’s day was a chance for us to deliver not just a beautiful backdrop, but thoughtful service and seamless planning, something we pride ourselves on every season. We’ve loved seeing your photos and hearing how our spaces helped create unforgettable memories.
2025 marked the opening of our stunning Glass Courtyard, a versatile, light-filled space that has transformed how we host celebrations, receptions, dining and year-round events. Its oak-framed structure and retractable glass roof have made it a favourite place for toasts, dancing, and connecting with loved ones.
This year, we were proud to be recognised for what we do: creating beautiful days that reflect the personalities and stories of each couple. Awards and positive reviews from guests have reminded us how special Chapel House Estate truly is, not just for those who celebrate here, but for the team who brings it all to life.
Food remains one of our greatest passions. Dishes inspired by the season and Kent’s finest local produce have delighted guests across weddings, festive lunches and private dining experiences, all served with that bit of extra care and attention that makes Chapel House Estate feel like home.
From canapés in the Glass Courtyard to elegant three-course meals in Thorne Barn, every plate has been designed to enhance celebration and connection around your table.
Our estate doesn’t sleep when the party winds down, and this year we were delighted to host guests for cosy escapes too. With luxury lodges, cottages and the beautifully restored Chapel House providing relaxing stays, many visitors chose to linger longer in the Kent countryside.
Whether it was a honeymoon night, a weekend with friends, or a peaceful autumn break, we’ve loved being part of your staycations and mini-retreats.
Open Days & Community Moments
Throughout the year, we opened our gates for our popular Open Days, welcoming future couples, their family members and suppliers to explore the estate, enjoy tours and soak up the Chapel House atmosphere first-hand. These moments of connection with our community always remind us of why we do what we do.
What’s Next in 2026?
We’re excited about what’s ahead, and we can’t wait to celebrate more weddings, curate more bespoke events, and continue to grow what makes Chapel House Estate so special. There are open days, seasonal experiences, and even more delicious menus on the horizon.
