Cultural & Diversity Statement Chapel House Estate Ltd
Cultural & Diversity Statement Chapel House Estate
At Chapel House Estate, we believe that everyone should have a wedding, event, and stay that is culturally and LGBTQ+ inclusive, free from discrimination and prejudice.
One of the keyways that we ensure we are culturally inclusive is by encouraging and educating our team to take a more individual-led approach to continually reviewing our operations, policies and procedures. We support long-lasting positive change by better understanding the needs of the couples, their guests and their suppliers that we serve.
On the Chapel House Estate, we honor couples’ love and their cultural differences. We embrace equality, diversity, heritage, accommodate dietary requirements, offer vegan food, and are inclusive by threading all these aspects through everything we do. We recognise that everyone is different and value those differences by treating everyone fairly and with respect.
Our Core Values
Integrity: To be kind, honest, and act with integrity towards couples, their families and friends, their suppliers, and our team.
Transparency: Everyone benefits from transparency, a vital element of planning Weddings and Events.
Inclusivity: We actively seek to embrace, serve all people and work alongside people, respecting their race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, and any other individual characteristics or preferences. When we can we offer advice and point client in the right direction. For instance if you need a visa to marry in the UK follow this link.
Community: We are committed to championing talented suppliers that put their heart and soul into their business and believe in genuinely caring for the community.
Excellence: We pursue quality across every aspect of our business, which includes striving for an exceptional standard of customer service, and ensuring our staff are looked after, nurtured, and developed.
Leadership: We strive to be the best wedding venue in Kent, from branding and marketing to the innovations in the software and tech we use. We are constantly striving to be at the forefront of what we do. We want the suppliers we partner with to share our values, beliefs, ambition, and vision to be inclusive.

Room For Improvement
At Chapel House Estate, we understand being culturally minded and authentically inclusive to avoid discrimination is a process, a conscious decision; and that it takes concerted effort and investment to become truly representative of today’s society. We strive to create an environment where all couples, their guests, suppliers, and our staff feel listened to and genuinely fit.
If you believe we could be more diverse & culturally inclusive or that there is room for improvement in our use of language, understanding of a particular culture, heritage, and customs, or there is room for improvement with our images. In all forms of our communication including our website, social media, and marketing collateral, please don’t hesitate to share your experience with us to enable us to improve and better our service at enquire@chapelhouseestate.co.uk we look forward to hearing from you.
We look forward to welcoming you to the Chapel House Estate.
