Our Flamed Grilled Burger Experience puts open-fire theatre centre stage, with each burger expertly cooked over live flames to bring depth, smoke and bold character to every bite.
The menu showcases carefully sourced ingredients and seasonal produce, from an 8oz Herefordshire rump patty topped with slow-braised chilli brisket, to lamb with dandelion chimichurri, cherry-smoked chicken, and vibrant plant-led options like flame-grilled aubergine and beetroot falafel.
Each burger is served in a toasted brioche bun with pickled vegetables and chilli-salt skinny fries, alongside house-made sauces crafted by our chefs.
