Our Head Chef, Stephen, honed his passion for food while working alongside Norfolk farmers and growers, crafting dishes with fresh ingredients straight from the source.

At Park Farm Hotel in Norwich, with its working kitchen garden, he developed a talent for turning humble ingredients into something extraordinary.

Now, Stephen brings his refined culinary style to Chapel House Estate, guided by the philosophy of SLOW:
